I'd love to have a farm... But we did homeschool for 13 years (my youngest is almost 27 now so I've been retired awhile). Our kids called socialization "the s word" because it was what naysayers always said and such a joke in real life. My kids had jobs, sports, co-ops, travel, etc. More real socialization than kids in school. As my husband would say to parents wondering about it, "After the age of 18, when is your entire peer group within 10 mos of your age? NEVER." Our kids could then and can now have wonderful conversations with people of any age. We're also in the South, where most kids still have manners!

Universal Income in Harris County is called the Uplift Harris Program. Combined with the $29 million from Congress for Illegal Foreign Nationals, makes Harris County a bright Beacon. They are invited here.
